Per AFPC, Det040 will NO LONGER be testing OTS applicants at this time. OTS applicants must contact their recruiter and geographically-separated cadets must contact cadre to schedule their AFOQT.

Instructions
Day of Procedures:
Tests begin promptly at the listed time - late arrivals will not be able to test.
Cadets should dress in uniform or civilian equivalent (polo and khakis).
All testing materials will be electronic. You will need to bring your own laptops (NO CHROMEBOOKS!!!)
Parking:
If parking at LMU: You can park beneath the building in the University Hall garage, levels P2 or P3. Parking is not free on weekdays.
If parking at UCLA: You will enter from Sunset Blvd onto Westwood Plaza and straight head down into "P4" (parking structure 4). In the parking structure follow the signs for visitor parking. Parking is $14 for the whole day. The student activities center (SAC highlighted on map) is directly above parking structure 4. We will meet at the front entrance to SAC which is on the side of the building next to "Wilson Plaza." You can also Google "UCLA Parking Structure 4" for your GPS device.
**If you have taken the test previously, you MUST bring a printout of your scoresheet showing the version you've taken. If you were given a waiver for a third retest, you must bring a copy to submit with your test.**
